K9 Kampus offers luxury boarding suites with scheduling to accommodate virtually any schedule. Dropping off for boarding must be completed during normal business hours, but we allow convenient after-hours pickup as well, however, you must pre-arrange the pick-up time, additional fees apply.

Please note that our overnight staff does not have access to the computer/check out system and therefore you must pre-arrange the time you would like to pick up. We also must have your credit card information on file, and a 50% Non-Refundable boarding deposit must be received when the reservation is made. A 72 hour notice of cancellation or change in schedule must be provided to receive a credit of deposit towards future services. Anything less than 72 hours will result in a forfeit of deposit for that scheduled stay. A deposit for a canceled reservation less than 72 hours cannot be applied to any other reservation.  

K9 Kampus will do whatever we can to accommodate your schedule with the special accommodations and convenience options we offer.  Below is a description of our fee process.

Fee structure example using a 4x8 basic suite at $40.00 per night

• The first 24 hours is $40.00 (Boarding is based on 24 hours from the time you enter the facility)
•  On the day that you are picking up, if it is later than the time that you dropped off you will be charged a daycare rate according to the time at check out.
• If you are picking up after daycare hours we will add our Play Date fee on which is $5/hour until our close time.
• Please note our after-hour’s staff does not have access to the computer, so they can’t cash you out and that is why we require your card on file. We will process your card when we open in the morning and mail your receipt.
• Weekend pick-ups are subject to the same fee structure using weekend hours.
• After-hours pick-up fees for any time exceeding 30 min. before or after opening/closing= $10/hr fee (i.e. pick-up 5am on Monday is an additional $20 fee)
• Please note that there is a holiday surcharge of $15.00 for all designated holidays.

If you decide to extend your dogs stay at the last minute we cannot guarantee you the same suite and fee. We will do our best  to accommodate your original reservation request but you may have to pay a higher rate for the accommodations that are available at that time. A “re-suiting” fee may apply.

A $25.00 Vet transportation fee will be added to your stay in the event that K9 Kampus must transport/escort your dog to a veterinarian.

It is not unusual for dogs to be stressed when boarding and although K9 Kampus does everything possible to make your four legged family members’ stay as comfortable and stress-free as possible we prefer to be prepared. We would like your permission to use basic methods to reduce stress and eliminate the need for a vet visit for common issues that we are able to address.
