Intermediate Obedience

Intermediate Obedience is a structured training class for dogs that have completed a Basic or Novice Obedience Class.  The owner and dog will work together as a team.  You will take the commands learned and put it to work with you and your dog.  We work on heeling, recalls,  long sit & down stays, stand stays and focus work.  We also cover all the necessary training for preparing for the Canine Good Citizen Test.  Its a great class for those of you that are interested in getting your dog into Therapy work or Obedience Trials.

This is a Monthly Class *

• Sit/Stay
• Down/Down Stay ( extended stays)
• Stand/Stand Stay (stand for exam)
• Recall/ Finish  
• Heeling  with Focus
• All commands in preparation for the CGC and Obedience Trials.

Classes meet weekly for one hour

To secure your place in the class payment in full must be received. If you decide not to participate in the class before it starts you may receive a 50% refund. Once class starts no refunds are given.

Dogs which exhibit aggression towards people or dogs may need to be pulled from the class and offered private training until deemed safe to return to a group class.
